For 'Guest Pass' users, we collect non-identifiable technical data such as browser type, IP address (for geo-blocking restricted regions), and basic session duration. For users who opt to 'Upgrade License' and create a registered account, we collect contact information (such as email addresses and chosen usernames) necessary to maintain your virtual License Tier, APX balance, and achievement history across multiple sessions. We do not collect financial or payment data, as our economy is entirely simulated.

Section 3: How We Utilize Your Gameplay Data

We process your data strictly to facilitate and improve your experience within the Lisalux virtual circuit. Information is used to persist your Apex Credits (APX) across sessions, record your progress through the License Tiers (e.g., Rookie to Paddock Elite), provide customer support via the Pit Wall form, and ensure the technical stability of the Grand Prix Spin and Circuit Roulette modules. We never sell your personal data to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.

Section 4: Analytics and Session Telemetry

To optimize our 'Machine Tuning' features and balance game volatility, we analyze aggregate session telemetry. This includes tracking which RTP profiles (High Grip, Balanced, Slick Tyres) are most popular, average session lengths in 'The VIP Paddock', and interaction rates with specific UI elements. This analytics data is fully anonymized and aggregated, meaning it cannot be traced back to an individual user, and is used solely for the internal development and refinement of our social casino platform.

Section 5: Comprehensive Cookie Policy and Opt-Out Mechanisms

The Lisalux Paddock Club utilizes cookies and similar local storage technologies to ensure seamless navigation. Essential cookies are deployed to maintain your session state (keeping you logged in) and to save your virtual APX balance locally if playing as a guest. The Lisalux platform is explicitly designed for an adult audience (18+). We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or solicit information from anyone under the legal age of majority. If we become aware that a minor has accessed the platform and provided personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and block the associated IP address. We employ age-gating mechanisms upon entry to deter access by minors to our simulated casino environment.
